Die sinking EDM consists of an electrode and the workpiece is submerged in an insulating liquid. The electrode and the workpiece are connected to a power supply in which the electrode is made according to the required shape. The machine uses the shape of the electrode to erode the inverse shape in the workpiece, creating precise components such as EDM aluminum parts.

In our cylindrical grinding, we have precision punch grinding, centerless, honing, and turning.  The principle mechanism is to rotate both work piece and grinding wheel together to achieve desired dimensions. 

For round parts with ellipses, eccentric, triangular, or hexagonal shape with precision 0.002mm, we make it by using this two-wheel grinding machine that has roughing wheel and finishing wheel working simultaneously.   The grinding is by programming, so the time and cost are reduced as compared to making it by CNC milling.
